Tucker’s City Council met Monday night at the City Hall Annex for their first session of the month of April. Among the big issues discussed was a rezoning petition for a 45-unit residential development proposed along the south side of Lawrenceville Highway at Bishop Drive.
Tucker’s City Council voted 6-1 Monday night to approve a rezoning that will allow for the construction of a 24-single family home development in the southwest part of the City.
On Monday evening, Tucker’s City Council met for a series of second reads and public hearings involving annexation, some changes in the alcohol ordinance and two proposed zoning changes. First, Council voted unanimously to accept the petition filed to annex Briarcliff Village and the Michael’s shopping center.
