ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 5

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: independently writing reports and correspondences; screening calls and responding to requests; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; assisting with payroll/time and expense entries; preparing reports and analyzing data; and maintaining files and records.

CITY CLERK

We are seeking an individual who will direct, manage, and coordinate the activities and operations of the City Clerk’s Office including preparation and recording of the activities and decisions of the City Council and codification and maintenance of official City records; administer municipal elections; coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments and outside agencies; and provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the City Manager and City Council.

DIRECTOR RECREATION & PARKS

We are seeking an individual who has a tremendous passion and love for recreational programming, parks and open space with the ability to inspire a shared vision working collaboratively with an active and involved community. The selected candidate will also be a charismatic leader with a customer-service orientation and have a proven track record of effectively managing programs, budgets and staff.

GIS ANALYST I

The GIS Analyst I should be adept at visualizing, questioning, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand relationships, patterns, and trends. It is key that the candidate be self-motivated, full of enthusiasm, and able to function in a highly collaborative environment.
