Fire Marshal

The City of Tucker transitioned Fire Marshal services from the DeKalb County Fire Department as of January 1, 2024.  This is an exciting step for the City as we will be able to provide direct assistance for permitting, plan review, and inspections related to life safety requirements. This will result in a more streamlined permitting process and faster plan reviews and inspections.
