In accordance with O.C.G.A § 36-36-36, the City of Tucker will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. to hear public comments on the annexation application dated January 11, 2018. The hearing and meeting will be held at the City Hall Annex located at 4228 1ST AVENUE, SUITE 2-4, TUCKER, GA 30084. The purpose of this hearing is for the public to comment on the proposed annexation of Briarcliff Village Shopping Center, which generally encompasses those properties situated on Henderson Mill Road, Lavista Road, Evelyn Street, Briarcliff Road, located north of Lavista Road and south of Briarcliff Road. More specifically identified as parcel’s 1820904007, 1820904038, 1820905001, 1820905003, 1820904040, 1820904041, 1820904006, 1820904005, 1820905001, 1820905001, 1820905003, 1820904007,1820904038, 1820904040. A copy of the proposed annexation map is available for review at City Hall during regular business hours.
