Communications

The Communications Department creates and amplifies the City voice, protects the City brand and are the keepers of the City story.

The Communications Department keeps the community informed and engaged through numerous vehicles including social media, weekly eblast of City events, the monthly InTucker Magazine and this website. They interface with citizens and other stakeholders to answer specific questions and concerns.

The Communications Director serves as the Public Information Officer and liaises with the media and oversees the Citizen Responder and call center.

Through the Communications Department the City has a presence on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, X, Youtube and Threads, reaching tens of thousands of residents and beyond.
