Elections

The City Clerk serves as the Chief Elections Officer for Tucker to prepare and have published all election ads, approve the ballot proof, approve the city’s official voter list, accepts notice of candidacy for local office, and prepares for municipal elections in coordination with DeKalb County Elections Divisions. The City of Tucker has signed an Intergovernmental Agreement with DeKalb County to conduct the city’s elections.

Elected officials and candidates for office are required to file Campaign Contribution Disclosure Reports or an Affidavit and Financial Disclosure Reports. The city uses an online public access portal software to store these reports.
