Project Overview
The City of Tucker requested guidance on transportation safety by commissioning the North-South Connectivity Study and has identified several projects of interest. Idlewood Road is a major connector between Tucker and the surrounding area. Idlewood Road has two schools, Tucker Middle School and Idlewood Elementary School. With the growing traffic and safety concerns the North-South Connectivity Study recommends the addition of two roundabouts to keep the flow of traffic running smoothly and safely.
These projects are in the initial planning stages. Check back for more details and dates of interest as funding is sought and approvals required.
