Reports of code violations may be submitted via the form below or emailed to codecompliance@tuckerga.gov. Please include your name, phone number, address of the violation, type of violation, and a detailed description. If you would like to make an anonymous report of a code violation, please call (678) 597-9040 or fill out the form below.

**Please note that any emailed reports are considered public record.  

Tucker’s Municipal Court is located at 1975 Lakeside Parkway, Suite 350 in the City of Tucker. Code Enforcement citations go before a judge in our Environmental Court on the third Wednesday of the month. Offense Court is held on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
