The City of Tucker’s Unlawful Discrimination Ordinance was approved on June 12, 2023 and took effect on July 27, 2023. To file a complaint with the City Clerk, fill out and submit the Unlawful Discrimination Complaint form and pay the $50 fee. The form may be submitted electronically or printed. The fee may be paid via cash or check, no electronic payments will be accepted at this time.

Once both the form and payment are received the submission will be considered complete.
