City Council Wrap Up - December 11, 2023

Anne Lerner and Noelle MonferdiniThe Mayor and Council met once in the month of December. • A text amendment to the Tucker code, chapter 46, including changes to special land use permits
  • A text amendment to the Tucker code Chapter 28 creating Article IV for traffic calming policy
  • A resolution nominating John McHenry for the position of the Tucker City Manager
  • Five resolutions to: amend the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget, amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, reappoint the Chief Judge of the municipal court, assume enforcement of certain fire prevention regulations and adopt a stormwater extent of service policy
  • Three contracts, one each for City Manager, Consulting Services and 2024 Legal rates
  • Consideration of a quote for a Fire Marshal vehicle
  • A contract for a task order #13 for Idlewood Road at Sarr Parkway roundabout design
