City Council Wrap-Up – June 11, 2018

Tucker’s City Council held the first of two regular scheduled meetings on Monday night at the City Hall Annex. The only land use case to be presented was a special land use permit (SLUP) for a home-based business with customer contact.

Tucker’s City Council met Monday night at the City Hall Annex for their first session of the month of April. Among the big issues discussed was a rezoning petition for a 45-unit residential development proposed along the south side of Lawrenceville Highway at Bishop Drive.

City Council Wrap-Up – February 26, 2018

On Monday evening, Tucker’s City Council met for a series of second reads and public hearings involving annexation, some changes in the alcohol ordinance and two proposed zoning changes. First, Council voted unanimously to accept the petition filed to annex Briarcliff Village and the Michael’s shopping center.
